FOOD THAT WORKS FOR YOUR BODY

KITCHEN

Health is a state of balance between mind, body and emotions. True wellness comes when these three parts are in harmony. It is important to maintain a personal balance, let go of attachments, do acts of generosity for ourselves and live in the present to open the door to our inner peace and transmit it to others. Our intention is to promote wellness through tools and conscious choices.

The science of Ayurveda teaches that the correct diet is the foundation of health. Happiness and health are strengthened and sustained through proper food. Ayurvedic diets are personalized, based on the constitution of each individual. Ayurveda classifies the body into three types of constitutions: vata, pitta, and kapha. The term vata refers to the elements of wind and ether. Pitta refers to fire and water. Kapha refers to water and land. Ayurvedic dietary guidelines are designed to restore balance to the constitutions or doshas

INQUIRIES

Bach flowers is a complete healing system based on a set of essences extracted from wild flowers that act on attitudes and emotional problems. The concept is that disharmony between oneself is the root cause of any disease. Flowers treat the primary cause of any physical illness from within - helping to treat the primary cause (the emotional cause) to restore balance and thus allowing the body to use its natural ability to fight illness.
